If you expect a room service, then just forget it. Any request you lay on phone can take 2hrs to half a day. Reception hardly picks call from room. They won't allow you to warm food if you are trying outside delicacies. Forget to enjoy local Kolkata food; you can eat that cold, they won't warm it for you. Underwhelming experience with ibis.

싱글침대가 너무 적어서 실망/ 창문 커튼이 망사로 검은색이며 앞에 오래된 아파트가 보여 기분이 안좋음/ 밝은 칼라 커튼으로 망사 아닌 완전히 가렸으면 좋을 듯/
